These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase, download, installation, activation, access to, and use of FX Primer products and services, including the FX Primer Suite for MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5, Trend Pulse Screener, FX Primer AI Analysis, documentation, websites, accounts, licensing systems, digital delivery, support, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, accessing, or using FX Primer, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, download, install, activate, access, or use FX Primer.
For support or questions regarding these Terms:
1. ABOUT FX PRIMER
FX Primer is a MetaTrader indicator suite and market-analysis framework designed to organize multiple analytical perspectives into one workflow.
FX Primer may include:
- FX Primer Suite for MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5;
- Trend Pulse;
- Currency Flow;
- Regime Guard;
- Expansion Bands;
- Master Levels;
- Trend Pulse Screener;
- FX Primer AI Analysis;
- complete product documentation;
- account, licensing, delivery, and support services.
FX Primer is an analytical product. It is not a broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager, signal-selling service, copy-trading service, execution service, or automated trading system.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You may purchase and use FX Primer only if:
- you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
- you satisfy any minimum age requirement applicable in your country;
- your use of FX Primer is lawful in your jurisdiction;
- you comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
If you purchase or use FX Primer on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. PRODUCT PURCHASE
FX Primer is sold as a digital product.
At checkout, you must choose the platform version you wish to purchase:
- MetaTrader 4; or
- MetaTrader 5.
A single purchase does not automatically grant both platform versions.
Your purchase grants access to the platform version selected at checkout, together with the included online tools and documentation described in the offer at the time of purchase.
The purchase price is the price displayed at checkout when your order is submitted.
Prices, promotions, reference prices, discounts, and available offers may change at any time before purchase.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or legally required charges will be handled or displayed through the checkout process as required by applicable law.
4. ONE-TIME PURCHASE
The FX Primer software license is sold as a one-time purchase for the platform selected at checkout.
The one-time purchase is not a recurring monthly software subscription.
The purchase does not mean that every online feature, third-party dependency, usage allowance, external provider, or connected service will remain technically identical forever.
Online tools may evolve over time as described in these Terms.
5. DIGITAL DELIVERY
FX Primer is delivered digitally.
Digital delivery may be managed through SendOwl or another authorized delivery provider.
After successful payment, you may receive:
- access to a secure download page;
- the FX Primer software files for your selected platform;
- installation or activation information;
- a unique License Key;
- documentation or access instructions;
- an order confirmation email;
- a secure link allowing you to return to your downloads where supported.
Digital delivery is considered to have begun when the relevant download, license, access link, account entitlement, or other digital content is made available to you.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for maintaining access to that email account.
6. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments may be processed through Stripe and/or through a checkout operated by SendOwl or another authorized provider.
Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies, fraud-prevention controls, authentication requirements, and payment rules.
FX Primer does not need to store your complete payment card number or card security code.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to use only payment methods that you are authorized to use.
7. SOFTWARE LICENSE
Subject to payment and continued compliance with these Terms, FX Primer grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the purchased FX Primer version for your own legitimate use.
The software is licensed, not sold.
Ownership of the software, source code, algorithms, designs, interfaces, documentation, branding, and intellectual property remains with FX Primer and its licensors.
8. PLATFORM-SPECIFIC LICENSE
Your FX Primer license is platform-specific.
An MT4 license is intended for the MetaTrader 4 version.
An MT5 license is intended for the MetaTrader 5 version.
An MT4 License Key may not activate the MT5 product, and an MT5 License Key may not activate the MT4 product.
If you want access to a different platform version, a separate purchase or platform-change arrangement may be required according to the offer available at that time.
9. DEVICES, COMPUTERS, AND VPS ENVIRONMENTS
FX Primer does not impose a fixed numerical device limit for legitimate personal use.
You may use your license across your own computers and VPS environments as reasonably necessary for your personal trading workflow.
This flexibility is provided for legitimate personal use only.
It does not permit:
- sharing the license with another person;
- allowing unrelated users to use the same License Key;
- reselling access;
- renting access;
- distributing the License Key;
- operating the same license as a shared commercial service;
- using the license across an unreasonable number of unrelated devices, users, networks, or environments.
FX Primer may monitor technical usage signals to distinguish legitimate personal multi-device use from unauthorized sharing.
10. LICENSE SHARING IS PROHIBITED
Your License Key is personal to you.
You must not:
- publish it;
- share it;
- sell it;
- transfer it;
- lend it;
- rent it;
- distribute it;
- include it in a public file or repository;
- allow another person to use it;
- use it to provide unauthorized access to FX Primer.
License sharing is strictly prohibited.
11. LICENSE SECURITY AND ANTI-ABUSE MONITORING
To protect legitimate customers and prevent unauthorized sharing, FX Primer may process and analyze technical security information including:
- IP addresses;
- device or installation identifiers;
- platform information;
- validation frequency;
- number of active environments;
- connection patterns;
- geographic or network anomalies;
- License Key usage history;
- activation and validation records;
- other reasonable anti-abuse indicators.
A high number of devices or IP addresses alone does not automatically mean that a license is being abused.
However, where the overall usage pattern reasonably indicates that a license has been shared, resold, redistributed, or otherwise used by multiple unrelated persons, FX Primer may investigate and take enforcement action.
12. SUSPENSION AND PERMANENT TERMINATION FOR LICENSE ABUSE
If FX Primer reasonably determines through internal security review that a license has been shared, resold, distributed, fraudulently used, circumvented, or otherwise materially abused, FX Primer may:
- suspend the License Key;
- disable product validation;
- restrict online account access;
- revoke online tool access;
- permanently terminate the license.
Where a license is permanently terminated for confirmed or strongly evidenced prohibited sharing or intentional abuse, the license may be terminated without the possibility of reactivation.
No voluntary refund is due for a termination caused by the user's material breach of these Terms, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this section prevents legitimate users from using their own license across their own reasonable personal devices and VPS environments.
13. ACCOUNT SECURITY
Certain FX Primer online tools may require an account.
You are responsible for:
- keeping your username and password confidential;
- keeping your License Key confidential;
- maintaining control of your registered email address;
- preventing unauthorized access to your account;
- notifying FX Primer if you reasonably believe your credentials or License Key have been compromised.
You must not allow another person to use your account.
FX Primer may require reasonable verification before changing account, license, or access information.
14. FX PRIMER ONLINE TOOLS
A valid FX Primer license may include access to online features such as:
- Trend Pulse Screener;
- FX Primer AI Analysis;
- online documentation;
- account and license services.
These features may require:
- internet connectivity;
- an active valid license;
- a registered FX Primer account;
- available third-party infrastructure;
- supported browsers or devices;
- compliance with usage limits and fair-use rules.
Online services are provided as part of the FX Primer ecosystem but depend on infrastructure that may change over time.
15. TREND PULSE SCREENER
Trend Pulse Screener is a market-scanning tool designed to display and organize Trend Pulse directional context across supported markets and timeframes.
The Screener:
- does not execute trades;
- does not provide guaranteed trade instructions;
- does not guarantee market direction;
- does not guarantee profitability;
- may depend on market data, broker data, server availability, and synchronization;
- may be temporarily delayed or unavailable.
Any alignment, BUY, SELL, strength, filtering, sorting, or similar state is analytical information only.
16. FX PRIMER AI ANALYSIS
FX Primer AI Analysis is designed to interpret the FX Primer framework and organize market context into a structured analysis.
AI Analysis may include:
- Overall Bias;
- Bias Strength;
- supporting and limiting factors;
- Trend Pulse context;
- module confluence;
- conditional scenarios;
- checkpoints;
- other market interpretation.
AI Analysis is not:
- financial advice;
- investment advice;
- a personalized recommendation;
- a guaranteed prediction;
- an automatic trade signal;
- an instruction to buy or sell;
- an entry, stop-loss, or take-profit service;
- automated trade execution.
The user remains solely responsible for all trading decisions.
17. AI ANALYSIS USAGE LIMITS
FX Primer may apply daily, hourly, account-level, license-level, or other reasonable usage limits to AI Analysis.
The current standard allowance may be displayed in the FX Primer dashboard and may be changed where reasonably necessary due to:
- infrastructure capacity;
- provider costs;
- abuse prevention;
- service reliability;
- changes in AI providers;
- product development;
- fair-use requirements.
Trend Pulse Screener usage does not necessarily consume AI Analysis requests unless expressly stated otherwise in the product interface.
Material changes remain subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
18. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE PROVIDERS
AI Analysis may use OpenRouter and one or more third-party AI model providers.
The model or provider used for a particular analysis may change due to:
- availability;
- quality;
- provider outages;
- routing;
- fallback logic;
- cost;
- technical compatibility;
- service improvements.
AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, inconsistencies, or unexpected results.
You must independently evaluate any market interpretation before relying on it.
19. SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS AND COMPATIBILITY
FX Primer is designed for MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 desktop environments, depending on the purchased version.
FX Primer may be used on Windows-compatible environments.
FX Primer may also be used on macOS where the user is able to run a compatible MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 desktop environment.
FX Primer is not installed directly inside the standard MetaTrader mobile application.
You are responsible for maintaining:
- a compatible MetaTrader installation;
- a supported operating environment;
- sufficient hardware resources;
- internet connectivity where required;
- broker market data;
- any required MetaTrader permissions or configuration.
20. BROKER AND MARKET-DATA DIFFERENCES
FX Primer relies in part on data supplied through MetaTrader and the user's broker.
Different brokers may provide:
- different price feeds;
- different spreads;
- different candle histories;
- different symbol names;
- prefixes or suffixes;
- different server times;
- different historical depth;
- different instrument availability.
As a result, FX Primer readings may differ slightly between brokers or accounts.
This does not necessarily indicate that the software is malfunctioning.
21. ALERTS AND NOTIFICATIONS
Certain FX Primer features may support:
- MetaTrader popup alerts;
- push notifications;
- other notification methods supported by the platform.
Alerts depend on your MetaTrader configuration, device settings, internet connection, and platform availability.
FX Primer does not guarantee that every notification will be delivered immediately or at all times.
You should not rely on alerts as the sole method of monitoring risk, trades, or market conditions.
22. UPDATES
FX Primer may release:
- bug fixes;
- performance improvements;
- compatibility updates;
- interface refinements;
- security updates;
- feature improvements;
- changes to online services;
- updated documentation.
Updates may be delivered through digital-download systems, website access, online infrastructure, or other reasonable methods.
Where SendOwl or another delivery service supports access to updated files for existing purchasers, FX Primer may use that functionality.
23. CHANGES TO ONLINE SERVICES
FX Primer may modify online tools where reasonably necessary to maintain, secure, improve, or continue the Services.
This may include changes to:
- interfaces;
- supported markets;
- AI providers;
- AI models;
- daily usage allowances;
- Screener coverage;
- server architecture;
- account functionality;
- documentation;
- hosting providers;
- security systems.
We will not intentionally use this clause to remove mandatory statutory rights.
Where applicable consumer law provides remedies for material lack of conformity or impermissible changes to digital content or digital services, those rights remain unaffected.
24. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
FX Primer aims to maintain reliable Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Services may be unavailable due to:
- maintenance;
- software updates;
- server problems;
- internet failures;
- broker outages;
- MetaTrader outages;
- Cloudflare or hosting incidents;
- Supabase incidents;
- payment or delivery provider outages;
- AI provider outages;
- cyberattacks;
- force majeure;
- other circumstances outside reasonable control.
Temporary unavailability does not automatically entitle the user to a refund, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
25. FAIR USE
You must use FX Primer reasonably and in good faith.
You must not use automated systems, scripts, bots, or other methods to:
- overload the Services;
- bypass usage limits;
- scrape protected data at unreasonable scale;
- create excessive requests;
- interfere with other users;
- probe or attack infrastructure;
- defeat security restrictions;
- exploit service vulnerabilities.
FX Primer may rate-limit or restrict abusive traffic.
26. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
FX Primer and all related intellectual property are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade-secret, database, software, and other intellectual-property laws.
Protected material may include:
- source code;
- compiled software;
- indicators;
- interfaces;
- dashboards;
- algorithms;
- calculations;
- internal logic;
- workflows;
- documentation;
- graphics;
- logos;
- screenshots;
- designs;
- text;
- branding;
- website content;
- AI prompts or proprietary analysis structures;
- licensing systems.
No intellectual property is transferred to you by purchasing FX Primer.
27. PROHIBITED SOFTWARE ACTIVITIES
Except where applicable law expressly grants a right that cannot legally be restricted, you must not:
- copy or redistribute FX Primer software;
- sell or sublicense the software;
- publicly distribute installation files;
- reverse engineer;
- decompile;
- disassemble;
- attempt to derive source code;
- extract proprietary logic;
- reproduce protected functionality;
- bypass licensing controls;
- modify the software for unauthorized distribution;
- remove copyright or ownership notices;
- create unauthorized derivative products based on proprietary implementation;
- use FX Primer materials to create a competing unauthorized copy.
Nothing in these Terms restricts statutory rights that applicable law expressly makes non-waivable.
28. DOCUMENTATION
FX Primer documentation is provided to help users install, understand, and operate the product.
Documentation may be updated over time.
The current online documentation may supersede older screenshots, descriptions, or instructions where the product has evolved.
29. SUPPORT
Product support is available through:
Support may cover reasonable product-related issues such as:
- installation;
- activation;
- licensing;
- account access;
- basic product operation;
- technical errors.
Support does not include:
- personalized financial advice;
- trading instructions;
- account management;
- broker support;
- MetaTrader support unrelated to FX Primer;
- guaranteed strategy development;
- individual profit coaching.
Response times may vary.
30. NO FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT ADVICE
FX Primer provides software and analytical information only.
Nothing provided by FX Primer constitutes:
- investment advice;
- financial advice;
- legal advice;
- tax advice;
- brokerage advice;
- fiduciary advice;
- solicitation to buy or sell a financial instrument;
- personalized recommendation.
You should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
31. TRADING RISK
Trading financial markets involves substantial risk.
You may lose some or all of the money you trade.
Leverage can increase both gains and losses.
Past market behavior does not guarantee future results.
No FX Primer feature can eliminate trading risk.
You are solely responsible for:
- deciding whether to trade;
- selecting entries and exits;
- stop losses;
- take profits;
- leverage;
- position sizing;
- account risk;
- broker selection;
- strategy selection;
- compliance with applicable trading rules.
32. PERFORMANCE RESULTS, TESTIMONIALS, AND SCREENSHOTS
FX Primer may display:
- user feedback;
- testimonials;
- chart screenshots;
- trade examples;
- payout images;
- trading-history screenshots;
- demonstrations;
- hypothetical or illustrative market scenarios.
Such material is provided for demonstration or user-experience purposes.
Individual results vary.
Testimonials and examples are not guarantees, promises, or representations that another user will achieve the same or similar result.
Past performance is not a guarantee of future performance.
33. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
FX Primer relies on or interacts with third-party platforms and providers that may include:
- MetaTrader;
- brokers;
- Cloudflare;
- Supabase;
- Stripe;
- SendOwl;
- OpenRouter;
- AI model providers;
- Meta Platforms;
- hosting, email, security, and infrastructure providers.
FX Primer does not control the independent operation, availability, policies, or decisions of third parties.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
34. PRIVACY
Use of FX Primer is also subject to the FX Primer Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how personal data may be collected and processed in connection with:
- purchases;
- accounts;
- license validation;
- security;
- online tools;
- AI Analysis;
- support;
- advertising technologies;
- website usage.
The Privacy Policy forms part of the overall terms governing use of the Services.
35. REFUNDS AND DIGITAL CONTENT
FX Primer is a digital software product with immediate digital delivery.
Except where required by mandatory law, FX Primer does not offer voluntary refunds after digital delivery or access has begun.
This includes situations where:
- software files have been made available;
- a secure download page has been provided;
- a License Key has been delivered;
- account access has been enabled;
- online tool access has been granted.
This policy exists because digital software, license access, and downloadable files cannot be physically returned after delivery.
36. EU/EEA/UK DIGITAL CONTENT AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Where EU, EEA, UK, or similar mandatory consumer law applies, statutory rights remain fully applicable.
Where legally permitted, by completing a purchase and expressly requesting immediate digital delivery, you:
- expressly consent to the supply of digital content beginning before the end of any otherwise applicable withdrawal period; and
- acknowledge that, once performance/digital delivery begins under the conditions required by applicable law, you may lose the statutory right of withdrawal.
Where applicable law requires a separate affirmative checkbox, confirmation, or other express action, the checkout process must obtain that consent and acknowledgment.
A general acceptance of these Terms does not replace any separate consent required by mandatory consumer law.
If the legally required conditions for loss of the withdrawal right have not been satisfied, your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
37. STATUTORY DIGITAL-CONTENT REMEDIES
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory statutory remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Where applicable law requires digital content or digital services to conform to the contract, consumers may have legal rights relating to:
- bringing the product or service into conformity;
- repair or correction;
- price reduction;
- termination of the contract;
- other mandatory remedies.
Any no-refund provision in these Terms does not override non-waivable statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital content or services.
38. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe a payment was unauthorized or there is a genuine problem with an order, contact:
before initiating a payment dispute where reasonably possible.
Fraudulent, abusive, or knowingly false chargebacks may result in temporary suspension or termination of associated licenses or accounts while the dispute is investigated.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising lawful rights with a bank, card issuer, payment provider, court, regulator, or consumer-protection authority.
39. CANCELLATION OF ONLINE ACCOUNT
You may stop using FX Primer online services at any time.
Where account-deletion functionality is available, you may use it according to the interface instructions.
You may also contact support regarding account or privacy matters.
Account deletion does not necessarily require deletion of records that FX Primer must retain for:
- legal obligations;
- transaction records;
- security;
- fraud prevention;
- license enforcement;
- dispute resolution.
40. TERMINATION BY FX PRIMER
FX Primer may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary if you:
- materially breach these Terms;
- share or redistribute a license;
- commit fraud;
- bypass licensing controls;
- attack or abuse the Services;
- misuse online infrastructure;
- infringe FX Primer intellectual property;
- use the Services unlawfully;
- create material security risk.
Where practical and appropriate, FX Primer may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue.
Immediate action may be taken where necessary to prevent fraud, security incidents, license sharing, or serious abuse.
41. EFFECT OF TERMINATION
Upon termination:
- your right to use the affected license or Service may end;
- online access may be disabled;
- accounts may be suspended;
- License Keys may be revoked;
- protected materials must not be redistributed or used in violation of these Terms.
Sections concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, dispute resolution, privacy, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
42. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FX Primer is provided on an "as available" basis.
FX Primer does not warrant that:
- trading results will be profitable;
- analysis will always be correct;
- AI output will be error-free;
- every alert will be delivered;
- every broker will produce identical readings;
- online Services will always be uninterrupted;
- every third-party provider will remain available;
- the product will meet every individual trading preference.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties or guarantees that applicable consumer law does not allow to be excluded.
43. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FX Primer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services, including:
- trading losses;
- lost profits;
- lost opportunities;
- missed trades;
- business interruption;
- loss caused by reliance on an analysis;
- losses caused by broker execution;
- losses caused by third-party outages;
- losses caused by market movement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FX Primer's aggregate liability arising from a purchase or use of the Services will not exceed the amount actually paid by the user to FX Primer for the affected product.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including where mandatory consumer law, fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death, personal injury, or another non-excludable category applies.
44. USER RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for your own use of FX Primer.
You agree that you will not hold FX Primer responsible solely because:
- a market moved differently from an indicator state;
- an AI analysis proved incorrect;
- a trade lost money;
- a notification was delayed;
- your broker data differed;
- your internet connection failed;
- a third-party service became unavailable.
Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
45. INDEMNITY FOR UNLAWFUL OR ABUSIVE USE
To the extent permitted by law, business users and users acting outside mandatory consumer protections agree to indemnify FX Primer against reasonable losses, claims, liabilities, and costs caused by their:
- unlawful use;
- deliberate security abuse;
- intellectual-property infringement;
- unauthorized redistribution;
- license resale or sharing;
- material breach of these Terms.
This clause does not remove any mandatory consumer rights.
46. FORCE MAJEURE
FX Primer will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, such as:
- internet outages;
- hosting failures;
- cyberattacks;
- natural disasters;
- war;
- government restrictions;
- labor disputes;
- payment-network failures;
- major third-party provider outages;
- widespread MetaTrader or broker failures;
- other force-majeure events.
Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
47. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
FX Primer may update these Terms when reasonably necessary due to:
- product changes;
- legal requirements;
- new providers;
- security requirements;
- new features;
- changes to online services;
- clarification of existing rules.
The current version will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Material changes affecting existing users will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
We will not use changes to these Terms to retroactively remove mandatory rights that already apply to a completed purchase.
48. GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the contractual relationship between FX Primer and the user.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory protections granted by the laws of your country of residence where those protections legally apply.
Any mandatory rules concerning consumer jurisdiction, digital-content rights, withdrawal rights, unfair contract terms, or dispute resolution remain unaffected.
49. DISPUTES
If a dispute arises, you are encouraged to contact:
so the matter can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly.
If no resolution is reached, disputes may be submitted to the court or dispute-resolution body that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
Consumers retain any right to use competent courts, regulatory authorities, consumer-protection bodies, or legally available alternative-dispute mechanisms.
50. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or limited as necessary to reflect its lawful purpose where permitted.
51. NO WAIVER
A failure by FX Primer to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
A waiver is effective only to the extent expressly given.
52. ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign your license, account, or rights under these Terms to another person without authorization from FX Primer.
FX Primer may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a legitimate business restructuring, sale, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Services, subject to applicable law.
53. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, purchase information presented at checkout, applicable license terms, and any mandatory consumer notices, form the agreement governing your purchase and use of FX Primer.
If a specific checkout term conflicts with these Terms, the more specific term will apply to that transaction to the extent permitted by law.
54. LANGUAGE
These Terms may be made available in more than one language.
Where permitted by law, the English version is the primary version used to interpret these Terms if a translation creates an inconsistency.
This does not limit any mandatory language rights that apply to consumers.
55. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
You agree that FX Primer may provide contractual and service communications electronically where permitted, including through:
- email;
- website notices;
- account notices;
- checkout confirmations;
- digital delivery pages.
You are responsible for keeping your purchase and account email address accessible.
